ERIE COUNTY, Pa. — Icy conditions led to a multiple-vehicle crash involving 15 semitrucks Saturday morning along a stretch of Pennsylvania highway, officials said.
Four people were taken to a hospital for evaluation and 12 other people were involved but not injured, Erie News Now reported.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation had imposed speed restrictions for some highways because of high winds, sleet and ice.

Those restrictions were later lifted.
Vehicle restrictions on Interstates 86 and 90 in northwestern Pennsylvania have been lifted. Additionally, speed restrictions on Interstates 86, 90, and 79 have been restored.
