Katherine Williams-Dunning, the daughter of singer-songwriter Hank Williams Jr. and granddaughter of country music icon Hank Williams Sr., died Saturday in a Tennessee car crash, multiple media outlets reported.
Williams-Dunning, 27, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe and towing a boat on Highway 79 near Paris, Tennessee, when the vehicle crossed the median and rolled over before coming to a stop on the shoulder, WKRN reported.
Williams-Dunning, 27, died at the scene, and her husband, 29-year-old Tyler Dunning, was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, AL.com reported.
