Dahianna Serraty, 34, of Orange City, was charged with robbery, criminal mischief above $200 but less than $1,000, and petit theft over $100, according to online booking records.

Serraty entered a Spectrum cable outlet and asked for a refund she claimed she had not received a credit for, according to a police report. When she was refused because the store did not issue cash refunds, Serraty left and returned later to speak with another employee, who also refused to issue a refund.

According to Orange City police, Serraty returned a third time and walked over to the cash registers, WFTV reported. Police said Serraty then used a “long crowbar looking object” to open the registers and took approximately $500 in cash before leaving the store.

According to witnesses, Serraty allegedly said, “Where’s my money? I’m getting my money” and “I’m going to get my money one way or another,” WFTV reported. Witnesses then said Serraty left the store and left the parking lot in a blue van, the television station reported.

Serraty was arrested later in Tuesday at her home. She remains in the Volusia County jail with bail set at $11,000, according to online booking records.
