CLAXTON, Ga. — Authorities are looking for a man who escaped from a Georgia prison, the state Department of Corrections announced Monday.
According to WGXA and WTOC, Talawrence Vickers, who was convicted of robbery charges, escaped from Smith Transitional Center in Claxton.
Prison records describe Vickers, aka Don Saga and Don T., as black with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs 195 pounds and is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, records say.
“Do not approach, call 911,” the Corrections Department said in a tweet.
