SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — Hurricane Fiona dumped heavy rains on Puerto Rico on Sunday and Monday, flooding streets, damaging homes, causing widespread power outages and leaving two people dead in the U.S. territory, according to The Associated Press and CNN.
