Rebel Wilson says she found her ‘Disney Princess,’ introduces world to her new love

Rebel Wilson has found a new love, and the “Pitch Perfect” actress seemed as shocked by the amorous revelation as many of her fans.

“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince … but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess,” Wilson wrote on Instagram on Thursday, sharing a photo of herself and fashion designer Ramona Agruma.

The new couple was first photographed together in January, and two months later, Agruma accompanied Wilson to the Vanity Fair Oscars party as her plus-one, The Guardian reported.

Wilson, 42, added the hashtag #loveislove to the post.

In an interview with People magazine in May, the Australian actress characterized herself as “a late bloomer” in matters of love, noting that she had been set up “through a friend” with her current love interest.

“We spoke on the phone for weeks before meeting,” she told People. “And that was a really good way to get to know each other. It was a bit old-school in that sense – very romantic.”

Wilson previously dated Anheuser-Busch heir Jacob Busch, but the couple split in February 2021, only four months after taking their relationship public, the magazine reported.

“I think going through the process of finding more self-worth, I think that what you want in a partner is elevated and so it’s great to have someone who feels like an equal partner and be in a healthy relationship,” Wilson told People in May.
