Southern Taurids Meteor shower on 9th October,2020 as captured from Bharati Station , Indian Research base, #Antarctica #LarsemaanHills #bharatistation Every shot clicked in Antarctica is a complete story in itself. Because of its pristine nature, it always calls you with different challenges, as it’s the driest, the windiest and the coldest place on earth. This particular shot was captured under the night sky with windchill temperature of - 30 degrees where your fingers are almost ready to quit but your mind doesn’t. Watching this meteor shower with naked eyes is such a bliss in itself and if your are witnessing the dancing flakes of Aurora Australia along with the shining Mars (right above the Station in the frame) then you must know you are one of the luckiest elites. #witns #auroraphotography #39ISEA #indianscientificexpeditiontoantarctica #shootingstars #antarcticaexpedition #antarcticaphotography #antarctica2020 #southerntauridmeteorshower #yourshotphotographer #natgeo #natgeotravel #nature #nightsky #universe #longexposure #nightscaper #lonelyplanet #lonelyplanetindiamagazine #canonexploreroflight
