SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — If your days seem like an endless loop of streaming, scrolling, swiping and clicking, reviews.org might be looking for you.

The Salt Lake City-based company is searching for one brave technology addict willing to lose the laptop, snub the cell phone and otherwise ignore all technological devices for a full 24 hours.

The payoff? $2,400 for your sacrifice.

Once accepted, the “Digital Detox Challenge” prohibits all interactions with cell phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches and all otherwise grid-worthy devices, WOAI reported.

And according to reviews.org’s own research, the task might sound easier than it actually is because:

• Three out of four Americans consider themselves addicted to their phones.

• The majority of Americans check their phones an average of 160 times per day, or roughly once every nine minutes.

• Americans spend an average of 56 hours and 42 minutes per week watching TV.

Interested screen junkies must apply in advance, but only one applicant will be selected. The company will then provide both a $200 Amazon gift card to help the challenger splurge on non-technological supplies to help the time pass more quickly and a safe to store technological devices for the 24-hour period, WOAI reported.

According to reviews.org, applications remain open until 5 p.m. March 26, and the winner will be announced on the company’s YouTube channel on March 29.
