Victim walks into Mount Oliver McDonald's with gunshot wound

One man was being treated for a gunshot wound after reports that two people were shooting at each other in Mount Oliver on Saturday, authorities said.

The incident was reported just before 5 p.m.  A Channel 11 photographer at the scene counted at least 22 shell casings and a car with its windows shot out.

Mount Oliver police received reports that two people were firing at each other on Giffin Street. A short time later, a 21-year-old man came into a McDonald's restaurant in the Mount Oliver-Pittsburgh border with a gunshot wound to the arm.

The man was taken to a hospital and county police are investigating, Allegheny County spokeswoman Amie Downs said.

No one was immediately taken into custody.
