VANDERGRIFT, Pa. — Authorities in Vandergrift are seeking the public’s assistance locating a mother of two who has been missing since February.
Ronny Cable, 34, was last seen Feb. 10. Police on Wednesday said her disappearance is considered suspicious and investigators have searched her home and car.
“For her mom and family, these circumstances are suspicious in nature, and it's important to get an answer quickly. Time is of the essence in a matter like this,” Vandergrift Police Sgt. Anthony DePanicis said.
Authorities shared surveillance photos of Cable at a Walmart on Feb. 16, the last day anyone has seen or heard from her.
“After the Walmart trip - and that's when it shows her getting into the red vehicle with the two males she was with - and departing her residence here in Vandergrift and never been seen or heard from since,” DePanicis said. “Since that time, she has not been seen returning to residence, no phone activity and no Facebook posts.”
Cable’s mother spoke by phone with Channel 11 News, saying it would be very unusual for her daughter to walk away from her children.
Cable is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and has blond/brown hair and blue eyes. She has two tattoos: one of a flower on her lower leg and “Steve” on her lower back.
Anyone with information about Cable’s whereabouts is asked to call the Vandergrift Police Department at 724-568-5507 or the Bring our Missing Home Tip Line at 810-294-4858.
