"Mosquitoes breed in standing water and can fully develop to the adult stage in as little as five days," said Chelsea Gross, West Nile virus program technician with the Westmoreland Conservation District. The workshop will be held at J. Roy Houston Conservation Center in Hempfield from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
