PITTSBURGH — A home has been blocked off after a portion of the building collapsed.
Building inspectors believe a water leak forced the structure to give way.
The home is located on the 800 Block of Melrose Avenue in Pittsburgh’s Perry South neighborhood.

One person in the adjoining home was evacuated and is being assisted by the American Red Cross.
UPDATE: Fire officials just told me no one lives inside the building that partially collapsed on Melrose ave. and no one is in danger. Someone does however, live inside the adjacent building and he is okay. pic.twitter.com/ZR9DWrGAxU
