According to PerfectGame.org, Hendrick has committed to Mississippi State to play baseball. Some notes about 6 foot, 1 inch Hendrick from the website include “showed huge potential” and “just continues flat out mash.”

The website also ranks Hendrick as the best player in the state of Pennsylvania and the best outfielder available. Nationally, Hendrick is ranked third overall.
