PITTSBURGH — Antonio Brown is stirring up trade rumors again Tuesday with his latest tweet.
The embattled Steelers wide receiver wrote,"Thank you Steeler Nation for a big 9 years... time to move on and forward." The tweet included the peace emoji and the hashtag #NewDemands.

It's not clear exactly what Brown means by the tweet. However, Adam Schefer of ESPN said that Brown has formally requested a trade.
Antonio Brown has not been traded nor has he been released. But Brown wants a trade and he officially has requested that from the Steelers, per source.

Channel 11's Chase Williams reached out to the Steelers for comment. Burt Lauten, the team's director of communications, said they had no comment at this time.
In January, Brown tweeted out his appreciation for the fans.
One thing I understand about this fan base and that I'll never forget and always appreciate is your passion. Know that it's all love this way and I am forever thankful for #steelernation ! 🙏🏾 (this is not a goodbye, just a thank u) pic.twitter.com/5mCg5pRjXL

The tweet comes on the same day that Brown was found guilty of reckless endangerment for speeding on McKnight Road last year. Brown was not in court.
Brown's future with the team remains murky after he was ruled out of the final game of the season and his subsequent radio silence with team officials after a series of reported incidents involving practice and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
Team president Art Rooney II said the team would not release Brown, but all other options are on the table.
