The player, who has not been identified, immediately began to self-quarantine and is now in the NFL’s intensive protocol, according to a statement.
Marlon Humphrey -- a cornerback -- tweeted Monday: “I got the Rona hopefully I’ll be back healthy soon.”

Humphrey was listed on the Ravens' injury report last Wednesday and was sent home from practice for exhibiting cold symptoms. He returned to practice Thursday and Friday before playing against the Steelers Sunday.
A Steelers spokesperson released the following statement:
“This morning, the NFL informed us that a Baltimore Ravens player tested positive for COVID-19. Our results from Sunday’s testing have all come back negative. We will follow the NFL’s intensive protocols and take precautionary measures at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex to ensure the safety of our players, coaches and staff remain our highest priority."
All Steelers players from Sunday have tested negative, but the team will follow the NFL’s protocols at practice this week.

Something of note, per @TomPelissero:

“Through eight weeks, the NFL and its medical experts have found no evidence of on-field transmission.”
Doesn’t mean it can’t happen, just it hasn’t so far.
After the Steelers beat the Ravens 28-24 at M&T Bank Stadium Sunday, obvious concern for the Steelers' players testing positive this week has the team following the NFL’s protocols and players concerned.
