Superstar running back Le'Veon Bell is set to return to the Pittsburgh Steelers by Week 7, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported Monday.
second-year running back James Conner has been starting during Bell's absence. He started off with a strong week 1, but has seen his productivity drop in the ensuing games.

After four games, the Black and Gold only have one win, which against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Steelers tied the Browns and lost to the Ravens and Chiefs.

Bell has been holding out since before training camp when the team offered him 1-year contract using the franchise tag.

The team used a similar contract on Bell last season, and despite skipping all of training camp he did join the team for Week 1 of the 2017 campaign.
