The deadliest mass shooting in Canadian history occurred over the weekend when a gunman killed 19 people across several locations in the province of Nova Scotia.
Among the victims is Cole Harbour’s Heidi Stevenson, a 23-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Sidney Crosby, a native of Cole Harbour, issued a statement through the Sidney Crosby Foundation on Tuesday.
