NHL approves sale of Penguins to Fenway Sports Group

PITTSBURGH — The NHL’s Board of Governors has approved the sale of the Penguins to Fenway Sports Group.

Fenway Sports Group also owns the Boston Red Sox and Liverpool FC in England.
