PITTSBURGH — Pitt football will have fans in the stands for its final two home games at Heinz Field, the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department announced Thursday.
About 5,500 fans will be welcomed to each of the games.

The team’s remaining home games are Oct. 24 against Notre Dame and Nov. 21 against Virginia Tech.
Season ticket holders and Pitt students are being notified about their opportunities to obtain tickets.
