PITTSBURGH — Skylights is BACK for the 2020 season, as high school football is returning to western Pa. despite the continued COVID-19 pandemic.

Whether there will be fans in the stands this season is still in limbo, as state lawmakers passed a bill that would leave that decision up to individual school districts. But Gov. Tom Wolf plans to veto it. Right now, fans are technically allowed under Wolf’s guidance, but the total number of people is still limited to 250.
