PITTSBURGH — Clear and pleasant this evening, temperatures turn chilly once again with lows in the 30s. More sunshine is on the way to close out the weekend, warmer marks are expected Sunday afternoon with highs reaching the mid 70s. A Code Orange Air Quality Alert has been issued for the Liberty/Clairton area Sunday.
A Code Orange Alert is unhealthy air quality for sensitive groups, those in this group may want to limit time outdoors in this area tomorrow.
Steelers Sunday night football conditions will be fantastic! It will be dry from start to finish but you may a sweatshirt or jacket for the game; kickoff temperatures will be in the mid 60s with cooler marks to end the game in the 50s.
The extended dry stretch will continue into the middle of next week, highs will reach the mid to upper 70s through Wednesday. There will be a chance of a few showers by Wednesday evening with much cooler air to follow for the rest of the week. Highs on Thursday and Friday will only make it to the mid to upper 50s!
