PITTSBURGH — Expect rain and some thunder this evening. Gusty winds are possible as well, showers should wrap up before midnight. Temperatures fall to the low to mid-40s overnight.
Much colder air will start the work week. Monday will be chilly and breezy with scattered showers around; highs will only hit the upper 40s. That’s more than a 30-degree drop in temperatures from Sunday to Monday! Then we turn even colder Monday night with flurries or a few snow showers in the ridges Tuesday morning. Highs will only hit the mid-40s on Tuesday!
Sunshine is expected Wednesday as temperatures begin to warm back up, highs will hit near 60 degrees. Pleasant Thursday with highs in the 70s. Showers will return late week into the start of the next weekend.
