Dust off the umbrellas because another round of wet weather is settling in.
Showers early Wednesday will lead to a damp morning commute, with steadier rain developing for the afternoon.
Rain could be moderate at times early Thursday, and some areas north of Pittsburgh could see a wintry mix.

A Flood Advisory is in effect through Saturday for the Ohio River at Pittsburgh, and repeated downpours could bring another rise on area streams and creeks.
- At 09PM Tuesday the stage was 20.9 feet. Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
- Forecast: The river will rise to near 21.0 feet after midnight tonight. The river should then fall to 19.8 feet Thursday morning before rising again to 20.9 feet by Friday morning.
- Impact: At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods. At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower areas of the North Shore Riverwalk. At 19.5 feet the Mon Parking Wharf is completely flooded. At 19 feet water begins to flow onto the North Shore Riverwalk between the stadiums.
