PITTSBURGH — Isolated showers will continue this afternoon but a line of showers with isolated t-storms will move in later tonight. Any storm that becomes strong to severe may bring small hail and high wind gusts. Much colder air will filter in overnight as winds continue to stay strong. Lows tonight will be in the upper 30s.
Monday will bring a few showers in the morning with snow to the higher elevations and up along the I-80 corridor. Scattered showers will persist through the day with gusts up to 30 mph and possibly 35 mph. Highs will only reach the mid-40s so plan on an umbrella and a coat if you're outside.
Weather gradually improves through the week but as the temperatures warm, the chances of rain and even thunderstorms return later in the week. Highs by the weekend could get close to 80 degrees.
