PITTSBURGH — It got a bit bumpy for parts of the area Wednesday evening as a strong line of heavy rain and thunderstorms pushed into the area after sunset.
By 10:30 p.m., the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh canceled a Severe Thunderstorm Watch as storms moved east of the region.
The threat for severe weather has ended as the main line of storms move east of the region. Thus, the Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been cancelled.
