PITTSBURGH — Temperatures will soar back near 80 on Tuesday, challenging the old record of 80 set in 1948.

Winds will also pick up after lunch, with gusts as high as 20 to 25mph. Morning clouds will give way to sunshine making it feel more like a late August afternoon.
Rain showers move in early Wednesday and continue off and on through mid-morning with a slight cool down expected later this week.
