PITTSBURGH — Dress in layers Wednesday and enjoy a break from the chilly weather. Temperatures will quickly climb into the 60s, a big jump from the 50s we normally see this time of the year.
Winds will pick up through the day, with gusts as high as 20 mph to 30 mph helping to fuel the warm up.
